Job Desk : 1. Oversee daily administration and accounting tasks by multiple accountants, from collecting and organizing transaction records to inputting data into the system following procedures. 2. Conduct daily reviews of cash accounts, weekly reviews of accounts receivable/payable, and monthly reviews of all accounts. 3. Oversee data collection and cost calculation in production using standard costing. 4. Reconcile all accounts before closing the books and approve necessary adjustments and corrections. 5. Ensure accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports. 6. Prepare and present internal financial reports to management and provide support for financial data and analysis. 7. Prepare and present financial reports for management assertions to external parties (profit and loss, balance sheets, capital changes, cash flow statements) on an annual basis. 8. Provide support for administrative, data, and financial statement analysis for the company's goals. 9. Oversee and coordinate tax reporting and ensure fiscal reports comply with tax laws. 10. Assist auditors and examiners from the Director General of Taxes when necessary. 11. Provide training and guidance for accounting staff to perform tasks and functions expected by the company. 12. Ensure income audit, accounts receivable/payable, general cashier, purchasing, and cost control reports are properly checked and follow procedures set by Chief Accounting. 13. Implement an efficient and transparent process for ordering and picking goods using the PR and SR method in the system. 14. Serve as a role model and mentor for accounting department staff.
