Pricilla is a very kind and professional. She is responsible for managing the LIGO Livingston Observatory, and she helped me settle in when I visited there for a year and a half as a LSC fellow. She made my life much easier thanks to her help in mostly everything outside of science. She takes care of issues extremely fast. I appreciate her help and highly recommend her.

I directly supervised Pricilla for over five years in her role in the Administrative group at LIGO, Livingston Observatory (LLO). Pricilla supported the Observatory Operations team at LIGO Livingston that transitioned from the NSF funded $220M Advanced LIGO 5 year upgrade project through to first engineering and three observing runs. During the first observing run LIGO made the first detection of gravitational waves from merger of the binary black holes on Sept 14th 2015. This achievement resulted in many awards for the team, including the Nobel Prize for Physics 2017, the Special Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics 2016, Optical Society of America 2016 Paul F. Forman Team Engineering Excellence Award, etc. Pricilla consistently performed all of her main job responsibilities at a outstanding level, while taking on a number of important new additional responsibilities and developing new knowledge. Pricilla transition to the LLO site admin role commenced in March of 2020. This of course coincided with the Covid 19 pandemic and many adjustments were made in the Observatory day to day operations. I appreciate very much Pricilla's ability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges during this very challenging time. Her work supporting the LLO operations staff was critical in keeping the staff safe and healthy and was much appreciated by all. I am confident that Priscilla will be successful at making the most of any opportunity. She is both intellectually curious and rigorous, and applies her intellect and interpersonal skills to energetically and effectively communicate and lead others to a deeper understanding of any complex topic or issue. I have found Pricilla at LIGO Livingston to be extremely helpful and efficient as a site admin. I am currently a Fellow at LLO and she has smoothly taken care of my flight and hotel bookings multiple times. I find her very cooperative and a pleasure to work with.
