  Production Engineer at U-PVC Pipe and Garden Pipe/Hose Extrusion Molding Department and PVC Recycling Department. • Assist Manager Production in Production and Material Planning. • Daily Preparing/updating/initiating action on Work orders/Log Books/Production Report/Engineer Checklist/(Technical Check)/Hand Over, Take Over Reports/PTNs/Complaint Forms Assurance/Purchase Demand/ISO Documentation as per 9001-2015/Housekeeping. • Ensure proper Operating, monitoring and maintaining the production line with ancillary support equipment. • Ensuring all process control parameters are frequently monitored and documented. • Troubleshoot process/machine problems. • Ensure maximum quality output as per machines standard productivity. • Ensure rejection ratio should not exceed than given standard . • Ensure Downtime (i.e. changeover/startup) of Machine/s should not exceed than standard. • Ensure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). • Coordinate in trial with Compounding/QC Department. • Training subordinates/workers on safety and quality assurance protocols. • Deputing manpower as per requirement of each machine/workplace. • Ensure proper floor cleaning before shift handover. • Maintain positive work environment in the Department.
