I have been fortunate to be looked after by Umut at Vertu, Bristol Street. When O brought this car, there was issues with The EV Grant from the Government. At the same time my Salesman left and Umut took over my case and made sure everything was sorted. When I collected the car some months later, he went beyond his duties to make sure I was looked after eg picked me up from the station. I have referred a few customers to him since and everyone has been highly satisfied with his excellent customer service.
