Highlighted projects include campus climate surveys and information on graduating students used for national ranking of institutions.• Served as interim director for 6 months.• Develop departmental procedures for the access and use of data and software that ensure compliance with University policy, state and federal laws, and ethical practice.• Lead experiential training on assessment-related topics and data management software for Student Affairs staff and master’s students. • Supervise from one to three staff in the department, including analysts and student staff. • Led the transition from Campus Labs to Qualtrics as the survey software for Student Affairs and other institutional departments, including deciding software specifications.• Co-chaired Student Leadership and Employment Task Force. • Serve on various committees and working groups throughout the Division of Student Affairs and the University of Utah, along with chairing search committees as needed. • Present at regional and national conferences in collaboration with other offices and colleges to further the profession of assessment in student affairs and higher education.
