Joe is an outstanding individual and an excellent business manager. On the business side, Joe is a creative and visionary thinker, who often finds exceptional "out of the box" solutions to difficult problems. He always stepped forward and volunteered to take responsibility for the most challenging assignments at Golden Rule. Joe was also was very talented at finding, recruiting, and developing high performance sales teams. On the personal side, I would describe Joe as an individual with great integrity, who you can always count on if you need his help. Joe hired me and was my direct report at Golden Rule. He is a great communicator, motivator and encourager and was admired by those under his supervision as well as his peers on the management team. As a Manager and Director, he not only focused on strategies to lower healthcare costs, add new clients and grow our channel of the business, he also focused on helping each of us on the sales team grow as professionals and individuals. His knowledge and understanding of the products we marketed, as well as the Health Insurance Industry as a whole, were ramarkable. His personallity and superb presentation skills made him the perfect choice to travel the country, sharing our vision with our clients.
