I have worked with Gia on a consistent basis since 2002. Gia is more than an vendor to me, she is a partner and friend. She wants her customers to succeed and designs reports that help them drive their business. She is always looking for cost-effective solutions for her customers and one way she has done that is by building a report library. When I started working with Gia she was in tech support at VCG and provided us invaluable help as we went live with StaffSuite. She as grown in her role at VCG but continues to provide me incredible support with Crystal Report writing and other technical areas.
