• Program Director: Business re-engineering and Integrated Tax Solution (BRITS). $150M system integration project funded out of the $462M in tax revenue increases captured by the project. • Led and managed 75 subcontractors and Accenture staff at the client site and delivery center locations.

• Project Director: Responsible Accenture’s multi-year project which included development and implementation of a custom integrated tax system: Returns Processing System (RPS).• Developed Oracle applications that replaced 24 applications which fundamentally changed the customer engagement and interactions. Client achieved all benefits outlined in the business case. Client placed cost savings and increased receivables at $435M.
