Built teams core skills for advanced analytics, including utilizing applications such as Teradata, R, Hadoop and predictive analytics, along with recruiting and training analytical talent. Global Engagement results for my team, by category scored the highest score of 100% for recommending my manager to others, compared to a score of 94% for manager values.We designed and developed a Cost to Serve Model for North American Delivery by product, flow path and business unit. Providing product profitability insight to the entire organization, which was previously unavailable. This includes; sales, product margin, adjusted margin, and variable contribution margin dollars. We worked across multiple-cross function teams to obtain requirement's as well as final validation and sign off.User dashboards built in Tableau with drill down functionality to view high level totals down to individual products (with options for breakouts by Business Unit, by Department and by Vendor). Training was provided to each end user through small, hands on sessions.Design and tested a new application for Promo Deployment called the Enterprise Promotion Planning (EPP) application. Worked directly with Global Technology and Supply Chain business partners to design the flow and logic for Promo Deployment. This was done by using previously built tools as a guide, while introducing new and updated logic that improved accuracy and inventory metrics including turns and inventory investment $$. Involved in the design of Incremental Carton Expense (ICE) by mapping requirements, defining data definitions and providing data. SQL infrastructure improved by expanding SSIS packages, normalized tables structures and Teradata enablement.

As lead of a new Inventory Modeling team, I was responsible for finding and retaining talent, defining clear goals and creating an environment with balanced workloads by skills and experiences to challenge my team as well as set them up for success.PRISM updated with over 80 change requests and enhancements. These enhancements aided in an inventory reduction of $35 million and a $3.5 million margin benefit.Primary responsibilities included successful completion of the MS Access Remediation Project - migration to SQL server. Through this initiative, I partnered with over 30 associates (my team, Global Technology, GTO Storage & Provisioning, HCL and Spantech) from coordination to conception through completion. Utilizing my project manager experiences, I defined tasks, priorities and strategies, and held those accountable to bring this project together and to completion, resulting in 130 Databases migrated to SQL server.

A new heuristic based flow path optimization tool used for creating a balancing between inventory reduction, delivery cost and the customer experience.Designed and developed customer demand capture by order and ship date, inventory source and flow path, utilized for analytics and data discovery.Trained analysts on how to use PRISM, which resulted in improved product profitability by $8 million.Delivered results by working cross-functionally and building relationships between the Supply Chain business and Global Technology, conveying complex technical concepts in business terms and executing to the software development life cycle model (e.g. requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation), along with accompanying execution models (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative Development, etc.).
