Charles was the first "salesperson" who ever put my interests as a client above his company's agenda. Charles would take time to offer me help with recipes from his past experience. He showed me relevant products, and told me how to make money selling them. Though I was never able to join Charles' team, he helped me learn what a true leader is supposed to be. A great mentor, even from afar. Even though we have fewer opportunities to work together now, I'll always consider Charles a friend and colleague who will excel wherever, and at whatever he chooses.

From the moment I met Charles I wanted to work with him. His high energy, impeccable ethics, huge heart, and creative mind, make him someone I call whenever I have a project. But it’s his sense of humor and young spirit that transforms a job into a pleasure.

Prospected, marketed and sold authentic grass fed beef imported from Uruguay. Managed the entire vertical of a newly formed food service arm within Verde Farms by targeting the culinary teams of multi-unit chains throughout the southeastern United States. Developed corresponding relationships with food service distributors by introducing category managers, buyers, and corporate chefs to Verde Farms beef. Customer facing functions included introduction, product identification, arranging samples, cooking product at cutting, providing pricing rationale, and subsequent follow up. Internal facing functions included weekly reporting, quarterly forecasting, internal customer power point to advocate for customer needs. Also provided thought leadership and analysis in recognizing product offering gaps in foodservice tiers that eventually lead to the formation of a foodservice driven, non-organic, 100% grass fed tier.
