Supplying essential healthcare consumables to the aged care and disability care sectors with a specific focus on adult incontinence products. Incontinence affects 1 in 4 of the Australian adult population, triggered by conditions such as obesity, ageing, disability, diabetes, medical procedures and childbirth. Our mission is to provide quality products at the lowest prices direct to the end user when they need it and discreetly packaged. With this we seek to reduce their embarrassment, inconvenience and spend, and increase their quality of life and ability to participate in society.

TrustMile was a really interesting pure technology product startup born from my decade of delivery frustrations in online retail. The solution was really good and we built some impressive stuff, however the headwinds were too strong and we failed to gain the necessary traction. CIO, Co-founder
-
Nov 2004 - Dec 2014
Co-founder and CIO of oo.com.au, one of Australia's largest and most successful pureplay online department stores. From the start I held ultimate responsibility for all technology, innovation, business processes and operations. I architected and built at least the first version of everything myself, instilling a can-do culture and a work-smart ethos in a revenue and results focused team. The business was acquired by GraysOnline in April, 2013, to become the cornerstone of its fixed price retail strategy. GraysOnline, OO and DealsDirect were merged to form The Grays Ecommerce Group which listed on the ASX in November 2014. I left to have a well-deserved break before finding my next opportunity - 10 years from founding to listing was a great journey.

Co-founder and CIO of eTrend Pty Ltd, an ecommerce startup focused on developing innovative retailer payment products. The two main verticals were evoucher.com.au and giftpos.com providing retailers with ecommerce gift voucher services and eftpos connected gift card solutions respectively. evoucher.com.au was acquired by Wishlist Holdings and Giftpos was acquired by Westfield, both in 2003. I joined Westfield for a year thereafter to transition the Giftpos technology into what is now the Westfield Gift Card.
