Sierra moved to our over-arching team following a tumultuous restructuring and one of her first actions was to ask for feedback to improve her efficacy in her new roles. (Yes, multiple.) This built a strong foundation for our professional relationship. I saw Sierra take on many projects, but none seem to stick out to me as her work on reorganizing NPS collection. Sierra did an incredible job gathering loose project threads and restructuring the format for our heaviest list in gathering customer feedback. Not only did she pick up disconnected suggestions and former work, but she focused and refined the ask as she explored how to collect and compile NPS in a meaningful capture following a reformat of what the ask was addressing with a split product experience. She always gave credit to the heavy-lifters before her who made her work possible and it was very admirable.
