Over the two years she was our Community Manager, she managed our recruiting during two periods of high growth, ran onboarding and offboarding, wrote our policies, built our performance development review process, ran our community surveys, and helped coordinate our facilities. Critically, Darian took on the responsibility of regularly bringing our far-flung, very technical team together for much needed face-to-face time to collaboratively design company strategy, build our culture, work on big projects, train, and celebrate.
