Dr. Adriane Johnson-Williams

Parv taught me it is possible to focus on results and celebrate small and potential wins at the same time. She is able to be positive, encouraging, and clear about inequities. Her example of positivity paired with her focus on equity in results is a constant lesson for me. Efforts to produce results with children and communities don’t have to be battles. They will always be work, but Parv has shown me a kinder path.
