As the product owner of Ketnet I was responsible for the development of Ketnet.be and the Ketnet APPs. I worked out the digital strategy, together with the Ketnet editorial office and our mobile experts. I followed up on the work and reported to the net-management of Ketnet. As the team manager I arrange the UCI world cups and world championships for the full team. In this postion I'm acting as the point of communication between the UCI and the riders at the events. Next to the team managers meetings with the UCI, I also take care of the arrangements for the accommodation, transportation and registration of the team. During the races, I provide technical assistance for the riders, together with the other mechanics in the pit area. This season will be my 5th season working for the Australian National team, and my first season in the roll as team manager. Previous seasons I've been working for the team as coach and mechanic. Our platform JanssenPro is an online platform where Healthcare professionals could find all information, products, services,... from Janssen Pharmaceutical. The project was released in over 25 countries. My job here was to gather all local requests and to make sure that a complete user story was created for the requests that had passed our CAB meetings (change advisory board). User stories needed to go through a complete business structure with detailed compliance guidelines. After the User stories were completed and approved by all key business stakeholders, I managed them in the backlog. When a User story was completed (by our definition of Ready) I picked this up with: - The development team in order to estimate the amount of work needed to complete this user story. - The Business stakeholders in order to prioritise the urgency of a user story. I also managed the sprint backlog for sprints that were set up every 3 weeks. We worked in a sprint structure of 2 weeks development + 3days business UAT (and bugfixing) + 2 days push to production (and sanity check). After the 2 first weeks of the sprint, a review meeting was set up with the business stakeholders so that they were fully aware of the new development, and could start testing. This has been a very valuable experience in working for a big multinational platform on the highest level of the pharmaceutical industries. Show less
