As Agile Coach I am providing guidance to the whole organization across departments and areas, from (development) teams to senior management, in Agile and Lean principles and practices to ensure an effective application of Agile values. I'm collaborating with teams to adapt practices and help them challenge status quo and enable organizational growth as well as fostering an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.
