I had my first coaching with Mona Klare several years ago. We last worked together in June 2019. Since our first training Mrs. Klare has mastered the determination of personal needs perfectly. Despite the changes in my professional circumstances, we were able to quickly identify the causes of certain situations and prepare for the next behavioural steps in career optimisation through skilful coaching. Mona Klare's coaching process flexibly adapted to my mood and daily developments in the job without neglecting clearly defined goals. Milestones are defined before and after the job. Prioritisation is self-determined. If necessary, alternatives for action are identified and trained. Long-term modular work and dependencies are dispensed with. After a minimum number of coaching units, I could determine the scope of the training according to my own needs. After each session with Mona Klare I had the feeling of being a little better as a leader. No doubt I will continue to work with Mona Klare in the future.

Als damals zweijähriges Startup mit vielen jungen Mitarbeitern, die sich teilweise zum ersten Mal in Führungspositionen wiedergefunden haben, haben wir einen 2-tägigen Workshop mit Mona Klare durchgeführt. Mona hat es auf großartige, kompetente und zugleich sympathisch/empathische Weise geschafft, uns in einem spannenden und lehrreichen Workshop an das Thema "Leadership" zu führen. Sehr gerne würden wir in 2017 daran anknüpfen und noch viel mehr von ihrer Erfahrung lernen.
