In first year as CFO, became Executive sponsor to implement Oracle as ERP system. Subsequently acted as Executive sponsor for a multi-year rollout of a single instance of Oracle worldwide, to replace 60 separate instances of a manufacturing/ERP system. Recruited and built experienced global finance team to support $1.7 billion international acquisition of Actaris ($1 billion in revenue, 6,000 employees, 60 locations in 30 countries) in 2007. Transformed Finance organization from a U.S.-centric team into a global compliance, planning and business support platform.
