  Thanks to the KU Leuven I had the opportunity to work on a production and logistics project in a team of 5 students with diverse backgrounds. The goal of the project was to propose an alternative planning for the children's day hospital, taking into account numerous variables and constraints. Furthermore, several recommendations were made in order to optimize the patient flow.
