Included authentication, permissions, settings and actions. * Launched Custom Objects in the Intercom platform. This added significantly flexibility to Intercom's data layer, resulting in 1000s of customers modelling more relevant business context within the platform and using this to power millions of bot workflows and significantly increasing resolution rate outcomes. * Shipped a bunch of iterations to Intercom's Customer Data Platform product. Features aimed at reducing dupes and generally improving key workflow use cases e.g. inbound phone workflows. * Identified key gaps in Intercom's APIs, shipped updates to enable 3rd Parties to build on the APIs and meet customer use case needs e.g. migrate data to Intercom conversations / Tickets from other Saas products.
