During my time at Wells Fargo one of my main roles to organize and conduct a seminar series over the internet. We were able to have an attendance on average of 150 team members, from all lines of business and all levels of the org-chart attend. We received great feedback on this entire project. Other duties of mine included running scripts for de-linking business and consumer debit cards. I was able to learn the back end systems of the financial world (ie. FDR, PI, CAMS). I was also part of a team who was assigned to work on creating and updating process flows to share across business lines for training purposes.
