As a lease operator I was responsible for a array of production facilities ranging from some of the oldest base wells to the newest highest producing STACK wells. I was responsible for managing production costs, oil/gas treatment, transport and accurate record keeping for an assigned number of wells. I was also responsible for keeping sites up to Devon EHS standards and ensuring safe work practices of all of our operational partners. • 2013 - 2014

Breaking into the oilfield as a roustabout I started on the fencing crew, building fence and cleaning up locations. I was soon moved to a new construction crew where I spent the majority of my time building new well facilities for Devon Energy as well as Calix and Slawson. After only a few short months I was promoted to crew leader where I was responsible for overseeing the work for the day, performing daily safety brief/tailgate meeting, as well as operating company equipment including the crew truck, backhoe, fork lift and man lift.
