I have been managing Anna since March 2020 till October 2021 Anna was the first SMB Customer Success Manager in my team. She really helped me to understand what is the right capacity and how we should handle SMB clients of Papaya. I would definitely recommend Anna for any project management, customer facing or creative role. She is super friendly, responsible and have a lot of great ideas how to improve the process. I had an opportunity to participate with Anna on the Training for Project Manager, organized by Brainnest. We were in the same group for creating an project for Lufthansa and our teamwork lasted for one month. I must say that I rarely come across a coworker with this good work ethics and discipline as Anna. We had big deadlines and Anna was a person that you can rely on no matter how intense the work is. She will get it done and she will do it good. She is excellent in editing and is a go-to person for making eye-catching materials. During the organizational part of the training she made sure a proper communication is developed in the team. In the research part she showed high attention to the detail and delivered all the comments with proper amount of soft skills. I highly recommend Anna as and coworker and manager.
