      InLife is a new not for profit disability service provider that provides an alternative option to people with a disability who require in home and community based supports. Inlife’s model is based around empowering the client to have more control over their funding, program, supports and staff. I joined InLife in February 2017 and was the first management recruit working alongside the CEO / Founder and Co-Founder. My role as Coordinator was to coordinate service enquiries, leads and onboarding processes, complete assessments and develop support plans and programs and support the client to establish their team and roster. Upon my commencement, the organisation was completing its first DHHS Accreditation and Registration Assessments and I was actively involved in writing policies, procedures and developing systems and processes to meet the Department of Health & Human Services Scheme Standards (known as the HSS) and the National Standards for Disability Services (NSDS) including establishing a Client Records Management System.

      While with Yooralla I managed a variety of residential services which provide 24-hour residential care and support.
