Shane has been supporting my organization in a voluntary capacity as our organizations are community partners for youth development and education. From the beginning, Shane was a caring and compassionate listener as we were facing several challenges with our website. He was honest about areas where he could help and quickly took action to resolve issues as they came up, going above and beyond by explaining to us what the issues were. Not only did Shane resolve our issues as we expanded our eCommerce classes and changed webhosts, he also educated our team on multiple occasions helping increase the capacity of our organization. Shane's contribution helped improve our student courses and will help our organization market and share our story more effectively. I have worked with 5 web developers in the past and Shane was very personable and never condescending, which is unfortunately rare! Would recommend him highly to anyone who needs technology support.
