Shane also led the bespoke insurance analysis effort inc. source-target mapping and impact analysis to support the transition. Functional Lead - Leading Integrated Real Estate Group (Business Intelligence, Data Governance) Shane implemented a Business intelligence (BI) governance framework including definition of roles and responsibilities, and completed a market scan to assist with BI tool selection. Shane built strong relationships with the client team, running workshops and stakeholder interviews to develop business requirements for the solution. Business Analyst - Australian Big 4 Bank, Global Markets (Data Retention, Records Management) Shane completed a data retention assessment including current state and target state to support the bank’s regulatory and compliance obligations.
