My main task is to design and print functional components. I manage the entire process, that means creating a 3D model (without a technical drawing, I just get a part and make a holder / cover for it), gcode creation (instructions for the FDM printer) and the subsequent editing and installation (heat inserting, grinding, etc.).I create with the main interest in efficiency - how to print as much parts as possible with as little material as possible in the shortest possible time while maintaining strength.Besides 3D printing, I'm reliable for our small workshop, occasional small handicraft and maintenance work.I worked on the production of a robotic system - conceptual design, purchase and design of standardized parts (bolts, belt drives, bearings, etc.), 3D modeling of the robot and its components, subsequent 3D printing of some components, its final assembly.

I've been there for two weeks. At this time, I designed, modeled, printed and assembled the modular shade for a lamp. I have enclosed the Product Sheet, my production as well.
