Trained and advised Indian Army officers in month-long exercise, Yudh Abhyas. • Rated #1 of 11 peers by commander (twice) and among top 1% of all officers supervisor had served with in 23-year career. • Following six-day exercise in Palau, produced an extensive, multi-media report on opportunities to expand U.S. influence in Micronesia, leveraging scarce resources to conduct terrain reconnaissance and diplomatic engagements. Unsolicited report earned an invitation to Washington, D.C. to share findings with congressmembers, think tanks, and senior U.S. military general officers.
