Job Description• Conduct patrols based on SOP on each piece of equipment to ensure the production process runs smoothly, effectively, and efficiently• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance and walk-by inspections and conduct heat balance, mass balance, and false air on each production process equipment• Create and implement SWP/SOP as safety regulations, general work permits, work planning tools, life-saving talks, hazard reports, and conduct safety inspections• Perform troubleshooting, find out the cause, and solve the problem of the production equipment and perform mechanical engineering techniques to overcome problems in the fieldSkill• Understand the mechanics of working and the parameters of the Raw Mill, Pre-Heater, Kiln, Cooler, Finish Mill, Silo, and Transport Equipment• Understand the entire process and function that occurs in each production process equipment in the Raw Mill, Kiln, and Finish Mill areas• Understand process engineering flowcharts, equipment parameters, common problems, causes, and solutions to problems in each production process equipment• Understand how to perform a running inspection (walk-by inspection), parameters, and standard conditions (temperature, vibration, sound, etc.) of each production process equipment• Understand asset code equipment, be able to know the location of each piece of equipment, and be able to read and translate flowsheets• Understanding of the Pyramid of Safety and Fatality Prevention Elements with the ability to identify the potential hazard and how to control• Perform mechanical activities such as fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, and the specifications of the tools used
