  From new technology research, introduction of smart manufacturing technology, project management, standardized specifications, in-house education and training, implementation of technical implementation, Cyber Physical System integration (CPS), I have contributed to the company a total of 36.9 person months (about NT$1,500,000) in within 3 years. 1. New Technology Survey: Investigate relevant smart manufacturing technologies from Pre-Production, Production, Post Production, Non-Production as required, and evaluate the introduction of new technologies that meet the needs of the production line. A total of more than 20 smart manufacturing technologies have been investigated, such as iRCM System, AutoML technology, etc., more than 50 vendors evaluations, such as ITRI, ProfetAI, etc. 2. Project Execution: Implement the new technology on the production line for verification, and execute it according to the eight steps of the project (Propose Requirements, Propose Plans, Formulate URD&UAT, Analyze Design and Development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Formulate Specifications, Monitoring), and technology transfer and fan out to the users after successful verification. Import 11 projects in total, save a total of 36.9 person months, such as "Building an Auto Optical Inspection (AOI+) System_2021". 3. Standardized specifications: Standardize new technologies into technical documents, build corporate assets (SPEC), implement practical technologies, and standardize 8 technical documents in total, such as automatic handling simulation work instructions. 4. Education and training: Improve the knowhow of the new technology in the use units of each business division, and implement the experience inheritance, a total of 13 people have been trained, and 6 people have passed the evaluation.
