A quirky cocktail bar venue with ball pits in Shoreditch and more recently, Soho for which I work in the head office. Working in the customer service and events team, I was responsible for responding to customer queries via telephone and email, taking on large events enquiries and creating bespoke packages to a budget. It was also part of my role to work well in conjunction with the operations team within the venue and the marketing and finance team within the office. In the marketing team, I have created content for social media, run Instagram and Facebook promotions, increased social media engagement, used Design My Night events to create new events using SEOs and website content. Taught myself skills within Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create posters and marketing materials.

Music and events venue where I worked behind the bar during music, sport and award events. Responsibilities included serving drinks, assisting customers, distributing flyers and clearing up at the end of the event. Working here gave me exposure to what goes into creating an event- before, during and after. Music and events venue where I worked behind the bar during music, sport and award events. • Medicines Counter Assistant
      • May 2015 - Sep 2018

Working in the various branches in Milton Keynes; serving customers, taking payments (cash and card), putting out stock and ensuring the shop floor is always clean and tidy. Having gained a qualification as a Medicines Counter Assistant, I was also able to recommend over-the-counter medications and treatments to customers effectively with care and knowledge.
