  • Oversee the Planet Forward team and direct all activities from web design to editorial content and programming. Produce, plan, book, and execute all events, from salons to the annual Summit. • Manage the project’s budget and act as financial administrator for the project. • Coordinate development strategy with university leadership, staff, outside contractors, and partners. • Assess strategic partnerships and manage donor relationships on the content side, and produce documents to support these relationships. • Establish and maintain relationships with council members, partner organizations, sponsors, journalism faculty and other university faculty and staff. • Support campus-wide initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders. • Conduct annual strategic planning for the program, which includes examining budget, staff roles, and projects, and establishing both editorial themes for the year and upcoming experiential learning opportunities.
