Past performance includes dual-use technology commercialization, alternative energy projects, Smart Cities, and regional initiatives: - Pacific International Center for High Tech Research Strategic Plan for US-Japan soft power initiatives and regional networks of innovation programs, Dual-Use technology, an Oahu Technology Commercialization Center, and Public-Private in-novation and experimentation centers. - Developed strategic workforce partners for high-demand talent requirements of Kaiser Permanente, co-designed with their IT leadership technology acquisition and training programs to address future key initiatives. - Managed US EDA-funded Oahu Tech Transfer Center: led a cross-sector project team (City & County of Honolulu, US EDA, industry, and non-profits) and public charrettes for a technology commercialization center planned on Oahu. - Co-managed the Castle Complex and Community Redesign: the first com-munity school redesign in Hawaii, reaching over 1000 community members, students, educators, and businesses. The Plan was adopted by the Department of Education, and implemented with a customized Community Partner process and Ecosystem Maps.

I secured unique collaborative Innovation Facilities and Workforce Development partners for US Army Pacific, Parsons, SMX, Huntington-Ingalls, and NineTwelve. This work and my engagement in Indiana-based programs included designing and managing partnership agreements and programs between government, industry, and academia in each region. In addition, I supported entrepreneurs and innovators seeking entrance to Federal Innovation funding including SBIRs/STTRs/OTAs/CSOs with strategic partners and outreach in Cybersecurity, Trusted Microelectronics, 5G and related technologies.

Responsible for: establishing a 6-day/week Japanese School for expatriate families certified by Japan Ministry of Education including budgeting, recruitment of Japan-certified faculty and administrators, site selection, and community outreach; Cross-cultural management training programs for Toyota Motor and its vendors; assistance with site selection and incentives for prospective Japanese corporate entities considering US location. Left when military spouse relocated to another state.
