My responsibilities included receiving inbound calls from existing credit card customers that were unable to use their cards due to a fraud alert, removing the block from their credit card once I verified the transactions were authorized or canceling their card and re-issuing new cards if it had been compromised. Within a short amount of time, I was promoted to the fraud investigation department. There I reviewed all fraudulent claims that were taken by the inbound call center to verify if they were truly fraud.
