I independently oversaw the Budgeted Salary Management System and the annual Summer Semester Budget, which involved forecasting allocations/student credit hours, loading the budget system, and calculating the profit/loss formula. I facilitated the Student Technology Fee Committee that allocated approximately $4 million each year toward student initiatives.
