Upheld professional and educational environment for students, other faculty, and guests. Implemented a new curriculum for the Japanese courses. The new curriculum streamlined materials. Older curriculum was updated with newer material and was reorganized for better lesson plans. In turn allowed students to earn better grades and learn the course materials more efficiently. Coordinated and instructed study groups of 15 to 50+ students at a time through the professor’s lesson plans and lab activities. These activities use innovative technologies and traditional engagement such as remote desktop applications activities, flash cards, lectures, testing assessments, and various communication applications foriegn and domestic.
