Ashley was the Account Executive for our MOJO Ad team, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. Ashley has created a team culture of respect, work ethic, creativity, and fun. She has fostered team bonding through simple activities to start a meeting or bringing popcorn when it has been a long week. She is a keynote queen. She especially went above and beyond in creating a situation analysis presentation that makes medical research visually pleasing and interesting. Ashley has allowed our team of ten very different people to work in unison. She celebrates our highs, acknowledges our lows, but quickly provides encouragement and help.
