I have worked along side Dennis for nearly 20 years. Throughout that time he has been equal parts colleague, mentor, knowledge resource and friend. Dennis is one of those rare techies who can take the most complex of issues and make it understandable to a non-technical person. As a fellow tech resource, he is great to work with, having huge and varied knowledge, accompanied by a patient and calm demeanour that is invaluable when trying to resolve revenue impacting outages. He is sorely missed at IHG and I hope he is quickly successful in finding the next step in his career as, in my opinion, any company would be lucky to have him on board.
