  I was a solicitor within the family team at Gregg Latchams. I was recruited by Gregg Latchams due to my background in dealing with complex and varied children cases. With this knowledge and experience, I was able to create a more prominent private children law offering within Gregg Latchams as the team has historically been known for their matrimonial finance work. During my 4.5 years at Gregg Latchams I have helped existing and new clients resolve their financial, cohabitation and children disputes. I have also worked with victims of domestic abuse to take the necessary legal steps to protect them and their family. Some examples of the types of private law children cases I have assisted clients with include: - 1. Relocation cases 2. Children disputes with complex criminal element and difficult allegations 3. Special Guardianship orders both obtaining them and removing them 4. Prohibited steps orders preventing the other parent from doing something 5. Disputes over schooling 6. Obtaining permission for a parent to take their child on holiday 7. Urgent hearings 8.
