      In June 2019, I moved my real estate license from Royal Lepage Sterling in Port Moody to Sutton West Coast Realty in Vancouver to join the Kahlon Real Estate Group. I made this decision to diversify my portfolio and better serve my clients. Joining Sutton Group West Coast Realty has allowed me to build my network and work with a larger team of realtors through out the lower mainland.       As assistant to the president I help liaise with and coordinate projects with clients. I had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients who were seeking help in my areas of expertise. This included content creation, social media management and search engine optimization. I was able to service clients by managing their social media to improve their social impact and presence. I created unique and synthetic content that increased engagement, following, drove leads and provided consistency. For other clients I helped create enticing, professional and purposeful content for blogs, newsletters and website redesigns. One of the most enjoyable parts of working at Ladder Up was having the opportunity to teach and lead a “introduction to SEO” workshop as well as assist in creating content and activities for other webinars and workshops presented by Ladder Up. I worked with several different clients to teach them about SEO. I worked with them to help them understand how SEO works, performed audits and explained what they meant and showed them which areas of improvement were discovered, how they were going to be taken advantage of. It was also important to help them understand what results looked like and when they could expect to see them. I had a wonderful time working with the Ladder Up.       My time with Fifth Avenue was very insightful into the Real Estate Industry. Fifth Avenue is a full service Real Estate sales and marketing agency with a portfolio of 20-35 clients. Fifth Avenue’s clients are primarily multi family developers within the lower mainland. While at Fifth Avenue, I had the opportunity to work with and support a group of Senior Project Managers as well as the Marketing Manager and CEO. My role primarily focused on the following four main areas: Creating and executing corporate marketing initiatives which included managing the database, creating our monthly newsletters and e-blasts, helping prepare our quarterly industry market report, managing our social media presence, contacting to our blog and updating the corporate website. Supporting project managers by helping manage vendors, execute the launch of new projects and marketing campaigns and tracking and reporting the success of campaigns. Supporting the sales team by helping them update marketing materials, communicate effectively with their clients through e-mail campaigns, prepare images for MLS listings, setting up and troubleshooting the CRM system, and assisting with lead generation by leveraging existing industry databases. Assisting with business development through the preparation of business proposals and reports, helping execute or outside realtor program and finding creative new ways to expand our database. I really enjoyed working in this industry and learning more about marketing new developments. It was my very experience in an agency setting and I enjoyed working with and getting to know our clients. I particularly enjoyed working in a fast paced, ever changing environment. This role taught me to maximize my efficiency and helped me gain significant project management, problem solving and marketing skills.
