I worked closely with Chip during the "golden years" at Ocean County College when we received nearly half a million dollars from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to place our nursing program entirely online except for the clinicals and we developed 14 science courses with labs totally online. Chip was responsible for making OCC an East coast power-house for online course delivery. He is one of the nicest people you can ever work with and a "miracle worker," that can get things done and have them work properly. Chip made it all happen!!!

In addition to his strong abilities to manage an efficient IT Dept.in order to realize the college's technology goals, Chip has unequivocally mastered the ability to bring a diverse team together to work cohesively as a strong, productive unit.
