Jacob was an incredible asset to our content team at Silverchair. He had an incredible attention to detail, but at the same time thought out of the box to bring a different perspective to our content production. He was never afraid to challenge the status quo and to ask questions when something did not seem quite right to him. Our product is geared toward workers in senior care. Despite him not having actual experience in the senior care industry, and at times dealing with medical terminology that was not common to him, he got it. I was sad to see Jacob leave Silverchair because he brought so much to the table for us, but so very happy that he was going on to pursue his dreams. He would be an asset to any team!
