Although Martin and I never permanently worked on the same team, he temporarily became a team lead for my team a few times. When Martin worked with our team he was a very strong speaker and always ran retrospectives effectively. Sometimes when getting in deep conversations in retrospectives and sprint planning, teams can get off topic, Martin was always there to steer the conversation in the right direction. Outside of work Martin and I got along very well and he is a very good friend of mine. He is very active and always loves learning new things. I would recommend him to any company.
