I have spearheaded and supported Brightwave’s vision to create more innovative learning with an innovation programme, ‘inspired’, that featured a creative blog and monthly sessions featuring guest speakers and leaders in their fields. Further supporting that drive, I push the boundaries of the work we do to ensure it has impact and traction and have a wider view of all the component work so what we do leads, rather than follows. I provide creative leadership, advice and mentoring across production, marketing and sales, be that developing high level solutions for clients or our own learning products. This has involved a rebrand for the company and the brand creation/UI for a new multi-device continuous learning service. I am also responsible for strategic planning to incorporate future technical and creative developments with an annual creative plan. Show less
