We investigate and fix the most obscure or unexpected bugs, maintain mature code, solve one-off problems including scripting solutions for unique customer needs, and build the appropriate tooling when such needs cease to be one-offs. We also work closely with other parts of the organization to support customers implementing custom integrations against the HireVue API. Previously on other engineering teams: * 2018-2020: In-app reporting and analytics: we refreshed our standard data exports to provide more relevant information and with a greatly reduced system/database load, while also building a microservice based in Redshift, Go, and AWS Lambda to drive chart displays and other usage analytics. * 2017-2018: Self-service email template editor: we built a system to give customers greater and more immediate control over their customized email templates. * 2015-2017: Integrations: we built, maintained, and enhanced HireVue-authored integrations with several popular applicant tracking systems and also supported customer- or ATS-authored integration implementations that used our public API.
