I have extensively worked with Gurjeet in Honeywell UOP. In fact, we had the same joining date in the company and luckily our first project in UOP was also the same. I find Gurjeet highly motivating individual who is always looking to arrest & resolve the issues before they become problems. Despite being an Electrical Engineer, he easily got into the Controls Design aspect by working on the complicated control panel designs which he managed individually.
