By now I have known Sander for many years; initially as his lecturer at the university and then as his supervisor and direct colleague. Sander seems a very quiet and modest young man; and he is! But he has the talent to quickly understand people, to discern commercial opportunities and to fight internally (the organization) and externally to turn these commercial opportunities into success! In the first instance Sander found it somewhat scary to also use his skills in an international context; but in his job as 'International Sales Manager' his talents prove even more valuable! You can not wish for a better colleague ....
