  During my time at Campfire Alaska, I filled the role of a Site Director. As a Site Director, I was responsible for the overall planning, safety and supervision of the program, it's staff and students. I worked directly with 2 program staff members, 20 K-6 students, office administration, and faculty at the host school. Management of program staff included evaluations, work scheduling, overseeing of daily tasks and modeling developmentally appropriate language and behavior towards the students.
