Bob is a highly experience and effective program manager with experience leading cross functional project teams in a number of industries. Bob & I worked together in the Program Management office at the Thermo King BU within Ingersoll Rand. Bob did an outstanding job of bringing together project teams & driving for results. He was very well received by the project teams he led and did an effective job of transitioning to agile methods & lean tools to improve project performance. Bob took up the lean challenge and implemented visual management, the scrum method, & frequent stand-up meetings for major new product development projects with great results. I especially appreciated how Bob helped his teams of highly experience development professionals ‘see’ the benefits of moving to the new way of working using agile practices through perseverance, coaching, and support. I would highly recommend Bob for leadership positions in project and program management organizations.

Bob and I were colleagues at Thermo King where we supported multiple platforms and projects. Bob's commen sense approach to problem solving consistently removed roadblocks to keep teams moving forward. As a PMO Bob had no boundaries and got involved in whatever aspect of the business needed attention. Our team counted on the organizational and communication skills Bob brought to the business.

Key Management and Distribution member of the I-Guides* team, managing the establishment of all distribution for the product. In addition, I managed the Sub-Contracting efforts of all partners on I-GUIDES during this time. In this role, I acted as the primary Sub-Contracting Manager for these partners, even though my title/role had been Operations. My working knowledge of various distribution channels and how each relates in taking a new product to the defense market-place has been invaluable in this management role. I was heavily involved on several large solicitations with the USMC, US Army, and US Navy; working on everything from review of RFP's to breaking down Statements of Work and of course being involved in detailed proposal submittal in support of these efforts. Likewise, we have drafted RFP's and SOW's in support of efforts involving our partners and their input to our larger efforts/
