I have known Glen for a long time, but started to work closely with him in 2006/2007, when we became two of the founding partners of EQT’s infrastructure business line. Since then we worked together very closely, developing strategy, raising two infrastructure funds, establishing investment procedures, being on investment committees, and so on. Based on my experience in these past 8+ years, I can say that Glen is a great colleague and investment professional who really lives the EQT Values: ambitious, high performing, respectful, industrial, entrepreneurial, informal and transparent. What I really appreciate about working with Glen is his way to challenge colleagues in a focused and result-oriented, but always respectful and constructive, manner. Glen was instrumental in establishing EQT’s Infrastructure business, our New York office and the US practice and put together a great US investment team. During his time with EQT, Glen drove five investments in the US market (and the beginning of the sixth) and was responsible for the first – and very successful - Exit of EQT’s infrastructure business, MCV. Glen is highly respected by his colleagues and our Investors and is a great person to work with.

I have known Glen since 2008 and was CEO of two portfolio companies where he was the EQT partner in charge. Glen served as the EQT board member at these companies and was always proactive in assuring discussions were open, transparent and productive. He always focused discussions to make sure key issues received proper debate which led to better and more timely decisions. Glen appreciated the portfolio company culture and was effective at building relationships deep into portfolio companies. Glen always focused on building strong companies that would flourish long after the EQT ownership period. It was a pleasure working with Glen on creating value strategies to enhance company profitability and long term viability.
