  Originally founded as a consulting firm, Three Points created a variety of exciting projects for many high-profile accounts including Microsoft, Transplant Network Services, H.J. Heinz, Amerinet, Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball Team and WQED. These projects included a range of services and technology including consulting, software architecture, development, design, e-commerce, Intranet applications and Internet security. Inspired to create Internet-based application software turned the company to product development and created MYSPN.COM and it's forerunner, Softball-Manager. Both products led the industry in Internet-based amateur sports software and became the original and premier high-tech applications available in this area. Through completely innovative technology, these applications were developed to automatically create secure, customizable web sites. Three Points was also featured in a case study for Harvard Business School. MySPN was endorsed and named the preferred provider by Sportsplex Operators and Developers Association (SODA). Tom's innovative technology solutions played a key role in the successful acquisition of Three Points by TechRx, a pharmaceutical software company, where Tom remained as CTO through its acquisition by NDCHealth.

Worked with Corporate Communications to design the packaging, write, and review the advertising.He also lead the Windows 10k program which organized a beta test of 10,000 companies and organizations installed on the Windows platform, providing feedback, before launching Windows to millions of users. In addition, Tom presented at many trade shows and gave technical presentations with the then executive staff of Microsoft in Tom’s premier “Super Demo” presentation.
